How to Convert Jpeg with white background to PNG file in Publisher

Open Publisher

Insert jpeg file.

Select recolor.

Select transparency, select background.

Export

Change file to PNG

Save as PNG portable network graphics format.

Open publisher and copy image.

When you do the layout in word be sure to keep copies as it’s so big it might explode.
